New fitness classes added!

We have introduced NEW classes to our fitness class timetable helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Amman Valley Leisure Centre

Gym LIT - every Tuesday and Thursday 11:30am

Combining a range of exercises using the synrgy fitness frame this low impact class is ideal for beginners and older adults.

Gym HIIT - every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9.30am

This is a high energy interval workout helping you burn fat, improve endurance and build strength.

Insanity - every Monday 7.30pm

This is a high intensity workout using body weight only, designed to take your body to its limit.

Carmarthen Leisure Centre and Newcastle Emlyn Leisure Centre

Jungle Body Konga – Starts from 1st April

Jungle Body is an easy to follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades.  Konga is a fierce and wild workout designed to shape, sculpt and redesign your physique.

Newcastle Emlyn Leisure Centre – every Monday, 5pm – 6pm

Carmarthen Leisure Centre – every Friday, 6pm – 7pm

Llanelli Leisure Centre

Triple challenge – every Monday 9.30am

This conditioning workout consist of 15 mins of variations of aerobics, step, dance and high intensity cardio.

Bootcamp – every Tuesday from 6.45am

Combines bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training

Kettlercise Combat Max – every Tuesday 6.45am and Saturday 9am

An exciting fusion of kettle bells and mixed martial arts. This is a high cardio full body workout emphasising on core strength and fat burning.
