Are you getting ready for your first triathlon or are you looking to get a PB at your next event? We can help you improve whatever aspect of your swimming you wish to improve on through our FAST programme.

Our FAST programme are coach led swim sessions delivered to those who are looking for high-quality sessions aimed at improving technique, speed and endurance. 

The expert feedback and support you receive each week is all about making sure that you are improving in the areas you wish to work on. Our coaches will pick out any weaknesses in your stroke and set you drills and practices to help you correct your technique. 

You will receive regular feedback of your progress by the coach and if you have any questions our coaches are on hand to answer these to ensure you get the most out of the sessions.

These sessions are a great opportunity for you to meet like-minded triathletes and swimmers who just like you are looking to improve their swimming.

What the session includes;

• 45 min session structured for all abilities
• Technique advice
• Speed and endurance work
• Progress recorded and analysed by the coach
• Regular feedback from the coach

The FAST session are only available at the following sites at the moment but we are looking to extend the programme to Carmarthen and Llandovery swimming pool very soon;

Actif Holiday Club is back for Easter Holidays!

Our holiday club which runs every school holidays is jam-packed full of fun activities for children aged 8-12 years.  Great way for your child to keep active, have fun and make friends and try a whole range of new activities and sports!

Our Easter holiday club runs from 2 April – 13 April (does not run on Easter Monday).

You can book your child in for the day from 8.30-5pm or book your child into multiple days or for the week.

At Carmarthen and Llanelli Leisure Centres breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided each day as part of the daily rate.  At Ammanford, Newcastle Emlyn and St Clears Leisure Centre we ask that children bring their own packed lunch.

From the 4-15 April, history will be made on the Gold Coast City, Australia as more than 6,600 athletes and team officials from 70 Commonwealth Nations.

We will be running a series of commonwealth themed events in local parks in Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ammanford from Tuesday 3 April. Come and try out activities such as cycling, netball, hockey, rugby, athletics and multi-skills and more. Activities suitable for U11’s and for all abilities.
