There has been some period of disruption throughout each of our centres over the past 6 months due to our Gym Refurbishments, the majority of the work has now been complete however there is still some work on-going.

As a way of thanking you for your continued support throughout this period of disruption we are giving away FREE Loyalty Packs to every customer that was holding an existing membership on 30^th September. All qualifying Gym memberships would have received a ‘Gift Voucher’ via email or letter.

What does the pack include?

There is a variety of items in the Loyalty Pack, including; an RFID Wristband, RFID Button, Actif Water Bottle, Actif Towel and a Trolley Coin Keyring. The Actif Water Bottles come in 5 different colours and the Actif Towels come in either White or Navy. The Loyalty Pack will be specific to you, you can mix and match the items depending on your own preference.

'Check In' Made Even Easier Again

What’s it all about?

One way of making it easier is by introducing RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) items such as buttons and wristbands just tap and beep and you are in, couldn’t be easier!

You can currently use RFID at reception to ‘check in’ rather than using a card or having to remember your membership number. RFID scanners will soon be fitted to most of our self-serve kiosks too so you can just wave your RFID item in front of it and you can then check in.

Some of our lockers will also be activated using RFID so no more having to remember your &1 coin! Simply press your RFID item on the lock to lock it, and repeat to open it. Whilst it is locked, only your RFID will open it (and our master key of course!).

For gym users, the new Life Fitness equipment consoles recognise RFID too, so when you are logged in and scan an RFID item, you will only need to wave your RFID item in front of it in future to log in.

(Please note: We have been advised that RFID buttons should be stuck to the bottom of the backs of iPhones as the Apple Pay device is at the top and they can interfere with each other.)

Llanelli Hosting A New Timed 5km Parkrun!

What is Llanelli Coast parkrun?

It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock.

When is it?

Every Saturday at 9:00am.

Where is it?

The event takes place at King George V Playing Fields, Pwll Rd, Pwll, Llanelli, SA15 4AR. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing - it's free! However please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.

How fast do I have to be?

We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in Pavilion Café, King George V Playing Fields, Pwll Rd, Pwll, Llanelli, SA15 4BA. The main car park, can be found via Tramway road, which is just past the main entrance to the park, just before the traffic lights - please come and join us!
