Never played hockey before? Think you are too old to start a new activity?
Well, you’re never too old to try something new, get fit, have fun and meet new friends.
Walking Hockey is a brand new activity launching this May and is the first in Wales that combines the benefits of walking with the fun and enjoyment of hockey.
The sessions are aimed at the over 50’s but anyone that would like to take part in low impact exercise are welcome. And you don’t need to have played hockey before to join in.
Coinciding with National Walking Month in May we will be launching 4 free taster sessions which will be held in the community.
Keep fit, have fun and socialise all at the same time with like-minded people. No matter your age or fitness level anyone can get involved.
Go on give it a try! The FREE taster sessions will be held at;
